Become a Circle Leader
The Circle Leader program is a special opportunity for Ceremonia alumni to step into the role of selfless service, which most spiritual traditions agree is a core pathway to higher states of consciousness. We are looking for individuals who exemplify Ceremonia’s values, demonstrate strong intention for continuing their Inner Work, and feel called to a path of service. Previous peer support group leaders have described this role as one of their greatest learning experiences in their consciousness journey.

Responsibilities
Preparation (minimum 8 hours)
Participating in a 1 hour Circle Leader training session three weeks before the journey;
Learning the basics of facilitating circling, which will include approximately 2 hours of training videos;
Learning psychotherapy frameworks, which will include readings and approximately 1.5 hours of training videos;
Participating in four 1 hour circling sessions if you have less than ten hours of circling experience (these can be really enjoyable and revelatory);
Sharing your vulnerable story in an intro video to your Inner Circle;
Conducting 1-on-1, 30 minute introductions with each member of your Inner Circle before the Journey; and
Leading 1 hour, once per week Inner Circle virtual circling sessions;
Retreat
Facilitating lunch discussions during the retreat; and
Assigning buddy teams (accountability partners) during the retreat;
Integration (minimum 5 hours)
Leading 1 hour, once per week Inner Circle virtual circling sessions; and
Participating in a 1 hour post-journey feedback session with staff.
