As a facilitator, I’ve attended different retreats and Ceremonia was unlike any other container I’ve been in. The workshops were intentional and allowed me to go deeper into myself. It was a good blend of psychology, spirituality and science. Their space was breathtaking. Austin and Chuchu are really taking it to the next level.

I see now that there's so much power in group work, and medicine can look a lot of different ways. Whether it's human connection, or food or connection to nature or music and I feel really inspired by that. There are deeper connections that are created. I had a fantastic experience at this retreat, the centerpiece for me being the excellent workshops. I did not participate in the medicine portion, but I don't think it was necessary to reap the benefits of this beautiful group journey. These last five days have had an incredible impact on me. So it's pretty hard to describe, but I will try the biggest way that I think it's had an impact my life is it's helped me realize how often we live in anywhere that the present we so often live. In the past, we're thinking about the future and that just steals that rob us of the amazing experience that is right now. I'm definitely taking that with me. I'm also so much more conscious of how much love I need to give myself I get so much love to the people that I care about.
